Breakers Stay Perfect with 6–0 Road Win at Wiscasset

Pine Tree Academy boys varsity soccer stayed unbeaten Tuesday, September 29, with a 6–0 road win over Wiscasset/Boothbay. The shutout moved the Breakers to 6–0 this season in Boys 8-Person South.

Fitzroy Hakizimana led the balanced attack with two goals and two assists. Collin Verrill also scored twice, while Rhett Tyson added a goal and an assist and Lucky Kabeya scored once. Camden Brace supplied two assists, and Abner Poland added one.

Tyson also delivered a dominant performance at center back, consistently winning duels both in the air and on the ground. His quality passing out of the back helped launch the attack and allowed the Breakers to keep constant pressure on Wiscasset/Boothbay.

From the opening whistle to the final horn, the Breakers brought strong energy, won loose-ball battles, made cleaner touches and controlled the tempo — a complete team performance on the road.

With the win, Pine Tree Academy moved into first place in the MPA Boys 8-Person South standings while remaining unbeaten at 6–0.
